Miao AI is a language learning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized stories and learning content. The App helps users learn languages through reading, vocabulary building, and interactive exercises.

3. User Accounts

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free features and premium features available through a subscription ("Premium Membership").

4.2 Subscription Terms

  • Premium Membership is available on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Stories and learning content in the App are generated by artificial intelligence.
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • The content is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language learning.
  • We do not guarantee the grammatical or factual accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Miao AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIAO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Miao AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
